I feel like this place is up to something on late nights, some nights they accept CASH ONLY and will not produce a receipt,... other nights they accept cards only and give a receipt. The cash only nights happen often. Is someone stealing from the company,may be worth looking into. Read more
If you're lucky enough to be in the drive thru, then you'll be fine. But go indoors as a customer or a delivery driver picking... up an order and you'll wait forever. You'll wait 5/10 mins before an employee even approaches you to help you, they look at youand continue to ignore you...Very Poor indoor customer service at this location ???? Read more
This is the worst McD's location I have ever been to. I recently moved to this area and in the 3 short months I've been here,... this McD has had their coffee/tea machine broken (for days), had some other issue and was not offering carbonated drinks(really? the staple of fast food); would be out of an item but not tell me until I was at the pickup window (then try to upsellme or have to go through the hassle of a return); given me the wrong drink and/or food; and today this open 24-hr location isclosed - both inside and drive thru - with no sign explaining why or when they will reopen. I assume this continuous onslaughtof issues is what affects the sour attitude I've often encountered with the employees. This location must still be in businessonly because of the McD name. If this was a regular restaurant it would have closed a long time ago due to the poor service. Read more
One of the few McDonald's that keep the place and tables clean. Glad to see that. Would like to see a cashier at the register at... all times. Many times, there is no one at the front. Read more
Terrible! I ordered McNuggets and didnt receive them when I told them they gave me a box full of tartar sauce!
Ordered thru Uber on their app for my husband since he works nearby. The delivery guy says he can?t find the building when it?s... on the corner ????. They didn?t give him a small caramel frappe that came with a combo order. Instead they gave him orangejuice. Idk bout these ordering apps if they don?t care or it?s the ppl making the food, just yet might be both. Read more
