Ordered ahead for pickup over the phone @ 2 pm & the lady said it would be ready in 20 min, which it was, right on time! The... salmon & avocado maki roll was delicious and fresh (note the salmon is raw/uncooked) & the wasabi actually had a kick (whichsurprised me because the last time I ate here, it didn't)! I've been a long time customer but tonight was that last straw. For the last 2 years the service and quality have dropped... significantly. Tonight, I had the worst service I have ever received from well any restaurant. I came in 45 min till thereposted closing time. I was informed that the kitchen was closed and only sushi was available. Not really a big deal but 45 mintill closing and you already closed your kitchen? We order our rolls and then are told that it's last call for orders. It's now30 min till closing time. We order the spicy yellowtail roll. It's delivered to our table drenched in spicy ponzu sauce and cutterribly. Two minutes later the check is dropped off at the table. It honestly felt like we were being shoved out the frontdoor.
