Again my husband has to go back and get my sandwich re-made by this shop. order was placed at different times and both times... the order has been placed online. the order is on a ticket, why is it hard to make it correctly? Love Jersey Mike's. This place is good and the staff was very friendly and super quick. Had my sandwich done before I could... blink. I am giving this J-Mike's only 4 stars because once I went to eat my sandwich it was rather dry. Needed more juice(oiland vinegar) which is the best part! The portobello mushroom and onion is a vegetarian sub, but it's not labelled as such. On their online menu, it is located in... between two cheese steaks. And their description is written in a way that you cannot distinguish between vegetarian and meatsandwiches. It's no fun at all when you're looking forward to a cheese steak lunch when you're hungry, and then get nothing butveggies. Read more
I was very disappointed with this Jersey Mike's location on Norwalk Blvd in Whittier. The employees have a bad attitude, sloppy... service and do not care about customer service. Maybe this is not a job for them. I will not be returning to this location. Ihave been to other Jersey Mikes and the services is great, the employees have good customer service and the foot long is cut infour pieces. Read more
Terrible, rude employees! Sign on the door says 10 customers inside at once, I would have been number 5 when I walked in. How... was I greeted? By a rude employee without even basic manners...Employee "Are you picking up?" Me "No, ordering" Employee "Youneed to wait outside." Did she say "please", NO, did she say "Thank You" when I turned to go back outside? ABSOLUTELY NOT. AsI said, not even basic manners or courtesy. Now for the food, I ordered #20, Grilled Pastrami Reuben. There was so much 1000Island dressing on it that I couldn't taste the pastrami, or the Sauerkraut! Next time I want a sandwich, I'll spent my $15across the street at SUBWAY, and get a proper sandwich prepared by employees who have manners. Read more
I come here for the cold sandwiches. Their hot sandwiches are too cheesy and not very flavorful. Cold cuts are delicious. I... always get the club supreme, but sometimes the California club. I get everything in a wrap, which is great, but not alwayswrapped very well. Prices have been rising but the food is very filling and satisfying. Read more
So it seems like the Main Complaint is Rude Employees and Coincidentally that's my complaint also. In particular on 9/21/22 @... 4:15pm the Skinny, Twerp with black hair who has a difficult time following simple directions on how My sandwich was to be made,also he doesn't seem to have particularly good social skills. When I walk into the Subway across the street I am IMMEDIATELYGreeted with a Welcome to Subway! But no one greets you at all here. Maybe Skinny Twerp would be happier at McDonald's.
