Horrible service. Food was terrible. Again. HORRIBLE SERVICE! TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! I had to send steak back 3 times. Kid chef... comes out being a smart-xxx asking if I want it well done! I ordered med rare !?! It looks like bloody wet rubber !!! ThenManager leaves the steak on my receipt and gives me 50% off instead of removing the steak and then doing a discount for thenightmare of service!!! We will NEVER TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN. Read more
Worst customer service they sit you by the bathrooms only to forget you say there for 20 minutes to wait for a table and then... another 20 minutes to order. Server didn?t even come to the table once no coffee water nothing and when I got up to speak allthey had to say was they didn?t know we were there smh do better. Read more
The word of today is communication. This place has the worst service especially on weekends when it's crowded. Then you have... the communication from the kitchen to the waitress. This isn't about the waitress because she was obviously overworked handlingmany tables with no help. The manager who was just standing around could have jumped in and helped her team but she just stoodand work the order for the kitchen while the staff had to run ragged. As a retail manager myself I would have been taking ordersand cleaning tables. It's all about teamwork. We finally got our food after about a 35 minute wait that is completelyunacceptable for a full service restaurant especially a national chain restaurant like iHop. Read more

Not very happy with the meals we ordered. Also took quite some time to get our meals. But then, I recognised my error- why did I... even order steak at ihop? Crazy action...???? Read more
