Original Pollo bowl. Definitely one of the best items on the menu, price, quality and amount.
The store is clean, service was fast and foods are delish as usual.
The food at all El Pollo Loco locations is consistently great. The food at this location is no exception. However, there are 2... major setbacks here that take all rating stars away: 1. Prices are considerably higher, as much as $2 on some meals. 2. Theemployees have zero customer skills, never a smile or even a hint of pleasantness that would make you want to pick this locationover the others. My senior group had this place all to ourselves, no surprise because of the prices and lack of employeepleasantness. I hope this location can get a manager who can increase employee pleasantness, increase customer traffic, andpossibly lower prices if business picks up. Read more
