I love dunkin doughnuts but the one in whittier is terrible. Our cashier was really nice and polite, but our drinks were awful.... I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a pumpkin spice signature latte. My cold brew tasted like watered down coffee. The foamwas ok but when I mixed it with my cold brew, it tasted like water with cream. As for the latte they forgot to add the pumpkinflavor. it was just coffee with creme, no sugar or flavoring. My Son didnt want to drink it and I didnt have time to go back toget it fixed because I was on my way to work. This is not the first time I have gotten a drinks that were not made very well.it's an inconvenience for me but I will drive to another dunkin doughnuts to avoid this one. Read more

Place is nice n clean when there's no customers they attend you nicely n effectively but once they have customers they tend to... ignore you and won't even look at you! Awesome place but need better customer service! Read more
Worst Dunkin to ever exist. They have a huge staff turnover and don?t train employees well. I wanted a French Cruller didn?t... have it, so I said okay and asked for a chocolate Croissant and they didn?t have that as well. Closes very early and alwaysissues with the drive thru. this is not my normal Duncan location, but I stopped through because I was on a delivery and had a birthday reward shrink drink.... The drink that I received was absolutely disgusting and I?ve had the frozen coffee before so I knew what to expect. I've been to this location a few times now and it's usually a great visit every time. Unfortunately this last visit (11/20/21) I... order my regular drink and it tasted like straight oatmilk ???? like there was absolutely no espresso taste :( I was so sadhahaha hence the 4 stars, but hey it happens I understand especially with restaurants/coffee shops being short staffed. Thestaff was super nice throughout my visit though Hopefully the next visits are better. Read more
