The young man that took my order was so confusing. I ordered a #6 with no tomatoes. He kept asking if I wanted regular or... supreme. He couldn't tell me the difference between the two. Maybe he was new. At this point we had been going back and forthabout what I had ordered. I asked for a refund and they refused. If I have a problem with my order I don't want the food (Ithink they will play with it). The chaulpas were white. I couldn't find my receipt (as I waited for my food I threw trash out ofmy car). They wouldn't even bother to look it up, to see what my order was. No one ordered food after me. Also when I went backin, no one was at the register. No one came to assist me until I said loudly "EXCUSE ME". Glad this location not myneighborhood Taco Bell. Read more
This Taco Bell was extremely clean, and the workers were very nice and super funny! The food came out in literally two minutes... and they even got my complicated order perfectly right (something that is very rare for me). I would rate this 6/5 if I could! Read more
The food here was decent but the service was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Placed order online and it... was ready quickly. Ordered extra cheese on an item and didn't receive it, but otherwise order was correct (and we had acomplicated order). Definitely recommend as a quick stop off the intestate when traveling. The cheese was not melted on my cheesy roll ups. They were cold in the center and hard n crunchy on the outside. We were told to... pull around front where we were to wait for our order. The employees were confused and mixed up orders and also had someonedrive off. While we waited for them to give us our food, one employee smoking a cigarette right in the door where you'd walk in.Im glad I don't live near this place. I won't be coming back. Read more
I would give them zero stars if I could! I went to try out the new chicken flatbread and I received a small chicken strip on a... soft tortilla with sauce on it. I called to let the manager know and all she said is we are out of flatbread so we put it on atortilla. This is unacceptable if you are out of something you should let people know so they can decide if they still want toorder or not! She offered Nothing! The least she could have done is offered to refund me or replace it. Read more
