I went same day whith Sandipan , Great food , Owner waited for us and personally made some great salad just for us and... kept the resturant open late , so our friends can share , New chef is excellent . Kababs were good but the keema nan's were not. The ambiance is awesome but comes at a premium price. If looking for a fine... dining then you should definitely check it out. But if you want to have a casual dinner then there are plenty of better tastingIndian restaurants at much cheaper price. I am not visiting at my own or friend's expense. Read more
On-site parking ?? Friendly staff ?? Sick view, on the east river, panoramic of the Whitestone & Throgs neck bridges ?? Food... and drinks great ?? Happy wife ?? I'll be back, highly recommended, short drive and in my home town, Queens NY. One of a kindwithout the crowds of people. They just opened, I got some cons ???? My drink wasn't made proper, old fashioned. I had to askfor ingredients to complete the profile. My food was cold, while my wife's came out sizzling, portion size felt a bit small. Gotcharged for the bread, small dish should hand out bread no? The dock seemed a bit dangerous for someone that might act careless,windy day my wife's sunglasses almost flew into the water. I kept having to guard our table to not liter into the ocean aswell. No biggy, this place is a gem???? , glad I found it. Our server, lucky, was very attentive, and that long walk on thedock back and forth could be saved by offering up some items they may need in an outdoor station (utensils, bread, condiments,water, ice, salt, pepper) my 2 cents.
