Best loaded fries I've ever had. Every time we come here they are so friendly and the food is so good. I'm from KC and prefer my... BBQ dry and most Georgia places can't pull that off. Twisted steel has such wonderful and tender brisket that I never feel theneed for sauce. 5 stars! Love this place! Read more

Stopped here on our way through town. Their barbecue was good, but the burger and chicken sandwich weren?t so good, so I?d... recommend sticking with BBQ. Fries and jalapeño cornbread were good and the Brunswick stew was amazing. Mac & cheese? Best I?veever had! The staff was super super nice which made our experience even better! I would definitely come here again but ordersomething different since I didn?t love my burger (it was pretty dry). Read more

First visit! We will return. Great prices and great food with awesome service. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Pork Sandwich and my... wife ordered the BBQ Bowl. Food came out immediately and piping hot. It was delicious. Probably the best BBQ I have ever had.The prices were great. We paid half of what we normally do on date night. This is a gem hidden in the tiny town of Whitesburg.Give this location a try! Read more

Southern Barbecue at it's finest! Truly an excellent all around restaurant. Staff was friendly and made you feel like family.... Food was amazing! Smoked chicken was perfectly done and still very juicy. The smoked Mac and Cheese was creamy and veryflavorful. The loaded baked potato salad was delicious. My favorite part was the jalapeno cornbread - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a hint of sweet and a hint of heat. Wish I had room left... I'm going to have to make a special tripback just to to try their desserts! Read more

This was my first time visiting and I was blown away. I was immediately greeted by an employee upon walking in the door even... though they were busy. The employees were all really nice, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and welldecorated. The menu was full of awesome options. I ended up getting the brisket sandwich, BBQ egg rolls, mac and cheese, and asweet tea. I felt like I needed to try as much as I could while I was there and I was right. Everything was cooked perfectly.Their traditional sauce and sweet tea were great too. I would definitely eat here again. Also, the restaurant is also close to acounty park with a lot of trails so now I know where to eat after hiking there. Read more

Ordered Brisket sandwich and a sample of Pulled Pork. Brisket may be the best I've had in Georgia. Moist but not soupy, sliced... thick, and smoky flavor with a pepper crust. Absolutely no sauce needed. Pulled Pork was moist with a good smoke flavor. Excellent alone, but improved with mustard-based sauce. A must-stop for BBQ if you're in the area. Read more
