I heard about this place from a news article I read and added it to my list of places to go to based on what it represents and... how tasty the food looked. It was even better than I expected, and well worth the 3 hour drive. The food was exceptionallytasty. I got Tha Show Guy which was served on some of the softest, tastiest bread I've ever had and was packed with savory andsweet flavors. It also came with some amazing roasted potatoes and a salad with a zesty vinaigrette. My girlfriend got what shesaid was "the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had" and a sweet summery peachy Arnold Palmer. More than worth the drive from Phoenix. Not only is the food incredible, but what it represents is even more?the reclamation of... indigenous food ways. This is a must if you?re in Arizona or a major reason to visit the southwest if you don?t live there. ThisApache restaurant and it?s brilliant chef represent both the past and future of real American culinary. International cuisine week Braised beef (1st photo) Crostini toasted with braised beef shreds.With a taste of Spain spices with... slight sweetness , I could've had more to taste if I wasn't Only allowed just a bite from my Husband's dish Squid ink: (2ndphoto) black pasta ,shrimp spices with a very distinct and "Artistic" flavor .This is a very unique mind blowing dish. I enjoyed a delicious takeout lunch today of fire-roasted vegetables with white bean puree, along with fire-roasted salmon,... perfectly seasoned quinoa, greens, and vegetables, and scones and an oat milk latte. Even as takeout, the chefs carefully andthoughtfully "plated" the food with attention toward holistic beauty and flavor. I could taste the attention and care. I tried the apple turnovers and the breakfast, everything was delicious! I loved how they make the potatoes. The people were... very nice, the place was clean and well maintained, it was good.
