The burgers were great. The fries were exceptionally crisp for Burger King fries. The kid at the window was friendly.
Sometimes customer isn't great. Mistakes on their orders. Jam pack in the evening, but improving
When it's busy the lines are soo long so just expect that. My experience was great. The service is very good here.
A couple times before I found hair in my burger and fries, burgers cold when I got to the pick up window... I don't recommend... this place. After the 3rd time I found hair in my food today we asked for the number to the management and the guy that came tothe window was rude saying no females was working, so how did the long hair get in our burger?? Wasn't too happy, the female worker greeted us with an awful gagging noise when we were in the drive thru this morning before... we got to order, it sounded really awful. It was inappropriate, giggling while trying to say sorry. I don't think someone likethat should working in a place like this. Read more
I'm here in New Mexico but a resident of the White Mountain Apache Tribe (Whiteriver Arizona) I read a post about how the... employees have hickeys on their neck, there was a lot of response to that post. Although the people work there are adults, it'svery unprofessional and shameful to see remarks made about the Native Americans who are employed with that Burger King. Can'tsomething be done about that? I've visited the place on more than one occasion, the service was bad, I waited at the counter andwas not tended to, so I went to the nearest restaurant. The workers are very impolite and do no smile. The place was clean anddoes have great wifi. Read more
