Outside it looks like the place could use a major overhaul. Inside, it looked like a bar. The service was pleasant but a bit... slow. The guy helping us was very nice but seemed stretched thin and kept forgetting about us. The food was good, portions werehuge. It wasn't quite authentic German quisine, but it was decent. More 4.5 stars, but rounded up bc the beer list is awesome. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt, I came at a... slightly odd time, so the spaetzle came out like crunchy cereal w butter, but the schnitzel was on point. Big as my head andsmothered in a thin gravy that wasn't overly salty. Super crispy and enough for 3 ppl to split. Great beer selection, servicegood. Def recommend. Read more

This is not the place I remember from having visited here years ago. Probably the worst order of wings I've ever had: dry,... stringy, over-cooked, and expensive (NYC prices). The beer list isn't really creative anymore either, with not much to choosefrom by way of good local breweries. Read more
