Ordered a quart of chicken vegetable soup to go. It was $9. It was 90% potatoes, 10% carrots, and no other vegetables. There was... very little chicken. I typically do not write reviews, but after my experience working with John in order to cater my son's baptism, I felt like I... needed to! John was AMAZING to work with! I was easily able to contact him and he was very responsive. He was skilled in knowinghow many trays of food would feed our family and was super flexible when I had people cancel last minute as well. The day of, aworker from Bensi came and delivered the food to my house (on time) and set up the trays with sternos. After eating, my guestscontinued to RAVE about how delicious everything was! I can't thank John enough for a wonderful experience. We will be cateringagain in the future! Read more
We really enjoyed our meal at Bensi, where Pamela helped us out with ensuring that our dietary restrictions were met! For... starters, we got the Beet Goat Cheese Salad and Stuffed Mushrooms. Both were delicious! For mains, we got Zucchini Parmigianawith Spaghetti, Rigatoni Cauliflower with Escarole and Beans, and Cheese Ravioli with Pasta e Fagioli. We topped it off withTartufo and Eggless Cannoli for dessert, the latter of which the chef whipped up when we asked about cannoli and they found thecannoli shell had eggs in it (desserts are pictured).
