1st time and it was great! Service, food, atmosphere all wonderful. Chicken fried yardbird pic does not do it justice.
We've been here a few times. The first 3 times left us with a good impression, but that has gotten continually worse over the... past few visits. New waitress staff has been consistenly horrible the last two times we've been here. The last time we went herewe waited over 10 minutes just to get asked about drinks. There's been bad reviews about people outside... but we were seated afew booths away from the entrance. Refills require begging and we're often given by people who weren't even our water. The saladtook as long as most restaurants entrees. I'd strongly encourage the owners of this restaurant to look and evaluate their waiterstaff. For what has been amazingly consistent good food, your service staff are ruining you. Read more
Sebastian was our server. It was very crowded this evening. He was very attentive. Our order was taking awhile to come and... Sebastian served free queso to our party and made sure we had plenty to drink. Our food arrived hot and everything was perfect.Our evening couldn?t have been better. Read more
Another great local bar and grill in East Texas. Plenty of room for big parties. The bar is area is cozy. Great selection of... beers. Probably the best selection of Mexican beers around including Victoria made by Modelo. The fried chicken sandwich is verygood. The batter has a great flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, hot and juicy. The potato soup was full of flavor. Lovethe bean dip with chips. We could have used a little more of the bean dip with the amount of chips you get.
