Reviews for La Hacienda in Whitehouse, TX
My family and I have Eaten here for years. Today we received the worst possible service ever. Not only did we not eat or food... we took it to go the whole experience was horrible. I spoke to someone that was in charge the waitress was horrible and was rudeto my child when I found this out I called back up there and spoke to someone the waitress that waited on our table is not veryexperienced even though she has worked there for a while the owner needs to be made aware of this she needs to be dismissed andfired our family will never eat here again. No one ever needs to speak to someone?s child in that manner. We have never had aproblem before but trust me we will never eat here again!!!!!! Read more
Good food at a good price and one of the cleanest restaurants I?ve ever seen. Plus their manager Eli is a certified hottie ??
Let me start by saying we love Mexican food and have eaten it all over both in and out of the country. We have found a new... favorite in this place! We have been here twice now. Both times the staff has been very nice and accommodating. Ask for theirextra hot salsa and you wont be disappointed! Be sure to try the queso with spinach dip as an appetizer. Both times our foodhas been very tasty but nothing, nowhere, compares to their fajita tacos topped with a raw cabbage/ onion/ cilantro mix. Theflavors all together are amazing and the best I've ever had! We drive 1.5hrs just to eat here! Read more

We showed up with a large group of 13 and the staff here was able to seat us, immediately. With our food and drink order, the... server took our order quickly and our food came out surprisingly fast considering the number of people we had. Overall verylarge group/family friendly. Read more
After three years of comments about the "Salsa" (tasted of tomato paste and water), I would hope they would have offered a... better product to their customers. Although a food cost, a decent Salsa would have me (and possibly others) return. The spicySalsa was actually quite good! The food was acceptable, the service very nice. I dislike having to drive into Tyler for goodMexican food, but until the Salsa issue is resolved, my family and I will not be returning. Saddened as we are within a mile ofthis restaurant. Please, please create a non-spicy Salsa that tastes as good as the Spicy. Read more
This place was inviting & server was kind and attentive. The food was flavorless and tasted off. The salsa tasted as it was... straight out of a can of tomato sauce. Portions were a very decent size. Water and Iced Tea tasted like dirt. Definitely willnot be back or recommend. Read more
I really want to give this restaurant 5 stars. Personally I love salsa and the salsa here is very lacking but even with that... hiccup the food is so delicious. I ate everything on the plate which is rare, rice and beans don?t do it for me. The spinachqueso was so good on top of the enchiladas?. I can?t wait to have another plate. Read more
