Ok so everything is more expensive in the north for obvious reasons. But can you imagine if all your groceries were a third more... expensive than anywhere else? That is what you get charged at Whitehorse Pizza Hut. I went to Vancouver and ordered 3 largepizzas for my family and it came to $30 cheaper than here. The markup here is insane and it's just not believable that it costspizza hut so much more for their ingredients than any other food service. Pizza 555 is 777 here. A daily deal pizza for 15 bucksin Vancouver or Calgary is $25 here. I can't believe they stay in business. The pizza is as good as other pizza huts and thekids at the counter are friendly. If it weren't for the steak and lobster price of franchise pizza, it would be great. Read more

Pizza Hut in Whitehorse is an interesting case. On one hand, they are my preference in chain, pizza place in town. On the... other hand, they will charge you extra money for deals you find online, for no good reason. Their explanation is that it costsmore because it takes longer to transport the food, but I don?t think that justifies a $10 up-charge. Read more
Prices you initially see online don't always reflect actual prices, since we live in the North. Of course, you never find out... the actual price until you're at the checkout. This happened to me tonight, and I decided to order elsewhere. There is nobuffet option anymore, sadly. The buffet was great value. Read more
