This place is terrible. Every time I order from here they?re either not open (it?s the middle of the day, why are you closed?)... or I never get my full order. Just close this ghetto place already. Also, they never give you a full 10 nuggets whenever you PAYfor 10 nuggets. Are y?all eating them?! Like, give me the food I asked for. Read more

This location open at 9 am. I waited for the breakfast menu to be over so I could order chili. I arrive a little after 11am. The... store location still had it's doors locked so everyone had to go through the drive-thru. The service time was very slow. I useto work at Wendy's years ago and I know one thing there is clock that shows how long it takes to get orders out in thedrive-thru and that information is logged and must be checked because it deals with sales. This location time is bad. I had togo through drive through. I normally like to go on the inside so I can see how my food is handled and what I am getting. I cameto this location hoping the chili would be better but it was not. The meat had a strange taste and it was watery. There werealso beans in the chili that were not fully cooked but were hard. I also order the nuggets which were fried in old grease andfried to long they almost looked burnt. They did not taste fresh and they were horrible. I also got a strawberry lemonade lighton the ice. When I got my drink I ask what was this!!! Because I had one a few days ago from another location and it was veryred in color and very sweet. The crew member told me they make theirs by putting the syrup in the cup and they fill to the line.I told the crew member at the other Wendy's location they have a machine where it already comes mix together and it does nothave the light appearance. The crew member said they do not do it that way at there location. When I finally tasted it I noticeit had a water down taste and did not taste like the Strawberry Lemonade I had a few days ago. As I drunk more I notice thatmore likely this was not a strawberry lemonade but a pink lemonade!!! Not what I order. I called many times to report my orderbut they do not answer. The only way to deal with the situation one has to go back to the location and talk with a manager orsupervisor face to face about the issue of their store location. Read more

I recently moved here and the workers are extremely rude for the most part. The woman who took my order was nice but nobody in... the back took their job seriously. The food is usually hot, but a few days ago I ordered on the mobile app at around 2 pm topick my order up. I ordered and had already paid, and the interior was closed. I walked up to the drive thru after attempting tocall the restaurant (6 other mcdonalds places use the same number, it goes to voicemail to whoever the district manager is), anda hispanic woman told me at the drive thru that she cannot make my order unless I come up in a car. They should be opened waylater on the interior, they had always closed later before that. There were no other cars in the drive thru, and I explainedthat I had already paid on the app and have an order number. I asked the woman if they could make it and maybe just bring it outto me, she said no and walked away from the window. Very irritating and it was a small order. Never give any product fresh. Just picked up nuggets and they are rock hard and cold. Nearly broke my tooth off, like biting... into a brick building. The worst Wendy's experience. I sat in line for well over 20 mins waiting in line. Once I got to the speaker I placed my order.... It was later in the evening and I understand not all items are available I would've ordered something else. I specifically askedthe girl if there was any southwest avocado salads she checked and told me yes. I ordered one. Once I got to the pickup windowpictured is what I received. Its an apple pecan salad they tried to modify into a southwest avocado salad. The lettuce and saladwas so slimy and disgusting - it went in the trash. Also you forgot to put avocado on a southwest AVOCADO salad. I could've beenrefunded or offered something else but instead your incompetent crew choose to serve this. Read more

Customer service was absolutely disappointing. It's never appropriate to arrive at this location after 9:30pm. This location... around closing time does not give great customer service near closing time. I requested some items on the menu, apparently dueto closing hours the worker stated that they did not have those items. I asked the young lady "What do you have that I may beable to order?" She replied "Just look at the menu". In my honest opinion...... Customer service at this location isdissatifying at the highest level. I understand things happen. However I would highly recommend management to train staff onwhat complete customer service looks like. After that encounter with that staff, I made sure not to return to that location.That employee has no idea that she is costing the company to lose out on profits due to her poor customer service skills. Once again I show up to this location which I normally have amazing service at and the stuck up manager who thinks he is better... than everybody and can park right in front of the doors making it almost impossible to back out of the parking spot aftergetting food. I don't know what he thinks that he can park right in front of the doors blocking the drive-thru and a silver Fordfusion is what it looked like. I placed an order for a 6 piece spicy nuggets dropped fresh and a fry. I received the fries hot, but they were burnt. The... nuggets I received was extremely cold after asking for them to be fresh upon ordering. I gave my nuggets back, and the girl gaveme another set of cold nuggets. I heard her manager say drop a half of bag of spicy nuggets. The girl told me to pull up, Irefused to because why would I pull up and I have been waiting for about 10-15 mins in line. That means when I pulled up to getmy order my nuggets should have been fresh. She said well I just got here I don?t have nothing to do with that do you want thenuggets or not? That was her response! Um excuse me actually I don?t want them anymore, I want a refund she said I will have tocome back tomorrow and speak to the general manager, and slammed the window. This girl don?t need to be working at the windowwith horrible customer service skills. After me sitting still at the window, the night manager came and spoke with me, and thegirl was still trying to argue with me! Manager told her to step away from the window and let me speak. She walked off laughinglike stuff was funny! All I wanted was my fresh spicy nuggets. I didn?t even get the girls name, but it?s a female with nappyhair like she going natural or something and she is light skin. The only light skin that was working this night on 4/16/2022around 8:30pm. I hope this get to someone higher up, because this was unacceptable.
