Pizza was very good, but the staff and atmosphere at this location needs a bit of work. I had to wait for quite a while to pick... up my online order. The cashier acted like she was confused by the fact that I ordered online. I also witnessed a couple ofarguments among the staff while waiting. Arguing about what music would be played in the kitchen because someone was playingsomething that was inappropriate. Read more
Pizza was overcooked (edges almost burnt) and it didn't have much sauce. This was my first time back at Massey's in probably 7... years and it's definitely not the same. The pizza used to have a lot of sauce and cheese...not anymore! Read more
Never going back. I called in my order and arrived when it should have been ready. They said it wasn?t done yet. Waited for... another 20 minutes to find out they had lost the order and it would be another 30 min. I left and came back when it was supposedto be done. Picked up pizza and went home. When I opened the box, the pizza didn?t look like it had in the past, some of whatlittle cheese was on the pizza wasn?t melted and the crust was uncooked in the center. I wasted my entire evening trying to savetime and ?just get a pizza? and ended up with something unfit to eat. I have NEVER had to throw away a pizza before now. I triedcalling back for a refund several times but never got through. Tried again the next day and they wouldn?t even refund my money.Masseys can be great pizza but don?t waste your time at this location. They are horrible. Read more
Called in to order and was told my order would be ready in 35-40 minutes. I arrived on time and they went to check on my order.... All I could hear was the 2 employees cursing at each other and I was able to decipher half my order hadn?t even gone in the ovenyet. They told me it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. While waiting I observed several customers experiencing similarissues and some worse. The employees were less than friendly and completely unapologetic to the customers, myself included. Thecursing continued throughout the visit. After 20 minutes I asked to check on my order. The guy walked away, looked at meseveral more times and never gave me an update until I was handed my food 10 minutes later. And my order was wrong. So quoted35-40 minutes for it to take over an hour with the wrong order and not even an apology. This staff is a mess and I certainlywill not be returning. I pre-ordered my pizzas to be picked up by 6:30 PM and what I got was unacceptable. When I arrived my pizzas wer8 ready and... what was given to me was not was not the same pizzas I have ordered previously. I am so disappointed in Massey's Burnt crumbs on the bottom of the pizza. Read more
The pizza is just ok but the subs are bomb .com. the meats have a great flavor and I love the way the pepperoni curls. These... guys call themselves the "Cadillac " of pizzas and their toppings were premium as well as the sauce. The crust was a little hardfor my liking but still decent. The sub was way better than expected and the service was on point. The guy on the phone wasvery well spoken and definitely added to the pleasentness of this ordering experience. Read more
We've ordered for pickup here twice now. The first time we had no issues with our pizza or mozzarella sticks. They were ready on... time and were good. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is thanks to the first visit. This time, not so much. We got two subs andgarlic dippers. No issues on the meatball sub, but the veggie sub we ordered was a disaster. We specifically said no onion, andit says this on the receipt they gave us as well. The sub we got was missing lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and Italiandressing and was LOADED with onions. The picture I attached is just the onions from one side of one half of the sub. My husbandwent back to get a replacement and it was not any better. We were starving by this time so we didn't want to wait for yetanother replacement, and at least this one didn't have onions. It was still missing the things listed above and now had greenolives for some reason. I'm so disappointed. Read more
Lunch time buffet was a joke pizza had know flavor the chicken drum sticks tasted like wood and very little variety of food I... had the pizza in the past as a take order not bad but lunch time at Whitehall location left me very disappointed. Read more
