Such a disappointment if I?m being honest. Coffee at this location was mediocre and didn?t even get the correct order after I... repeated it to the worker 2 different times and received attitude back claiming ?she knew? lol. They also didn?t give me one ofthe drinks I ordered and paid for then made me pay for it a second time and the worker threw both receipts out and never gavethem to me. Maybe if the workers had a smile on their face and we?re polite i wouldn?t be writing this review. If you wantmediocre coffee and a rude ?barista? come check this place out! Read more
Currently writing this review while in line in the Drive thru. It has been 50 minutes with one car in front of us still. Thought... maybe a lot of people are getting a lot of fancy drinks but it seems to take about 5 minutes per drink. It's Sunday afternoon.We have never waited this long at a Starbucks or Dunkin donuts even on a holiday. At this point it doesn't matter how good thedrinks are after waiting this long. Read more

Been to a few bigbys downriver, but this one messed up. I ordered the largest frozen butter bear with 2 shots of expresso. I was... charged for the largest but given a medium. I also ordered two toasted bagels... no 'brown toasted' color at ALL. Not toasted.Only warm. This might be a personal gripe... but just call your 3 sizes small, medium, and large.
