Love the food, but my order does get messed up quite a bit, still good, just wish that happened less.

Rather disappointed with the quality of food. An example the fries were not only cold, but tasted like they have not changed the... oil in weeks . Went through drive through. Took 9 min. for one car ahead of of me. Finally placed my order. Pulled up after paying they asked... if I wanted any sauce...I asked for bronco berry sauce and they said sorry no... this would have been good to know before, Iwouldn't have ordered the poppers. Grabbed some sandwiches for kids and it took awhile to get them, but it was still faster then cooking it myself, lol. Staff was... friendly, but seemed more interested in chatting with each other than prepping. Food turned out ok. Read more
This Arby's us usually very decent, this last visit not so much! Which makes me sad to say, maybe just and off day. Had hair in... one sandwich, the other wasn't made properly, nothing like the last couple time's we ordered the same sandwich. I will stilltry them again. Hopefully better next time. Read more
My husband liked his food but my beer batterd fish was nasty!! It was either put back into the hot oil or cooked in oil that... had not been changed for days!! They had us pull forward into one of the drive-through parking spots which would have beenworth it if my fish was fresh!! Unfortunately it was every bit as burned tasting as the picture. I would have taken it tocomplain but I did not want to wait all that time to get another nasty piece of fish! Read more
Good food. Wish they had fish sandwich all the time. The one thing is they always ask if I want any sauces and I tell them... ketchup every time(for my fries) and out of all the times I've been there I think I've only gotten it once. Why not just throw acouple packets in whenever fries are ordered. Read more
