I love to support small... and sustainably sourced businesses, especially with it being operated by a woman! Rebel Roots Kitchen?s food felt so authenticand made with lots of love. My boyfriend and I couldn?t eat fast enough, neither stop making comments for how delicious the foodwas! While it is more expensive, you get what you pay for which high-quality amazing food. SO DELICIOUS! Had the tofu bowl with kale and want to have another. We also had the ahi poke bowl which was tasty. Very pleased... with every aspect- taste, quantity and presentation all 5 stars! Stephanie?s food is my favorite in the valley! Her dishes are unique just like her. All the ingredients she uses are local and... fresh, so, if she runs out of food?it?s because her food is so dang delicious!! We all want it ???? She?s also a one-woman show,she does it all. The pandemic has been challenging for everyone but especially so for small businesses such as Rebel Roots. The owner Stephanie... is running the show by herself yet maintains a sunny, positive and zen like outlook which is clearly reflected in the dishes shecreates. It?s apparent that food is her vessel to bring joy to people. The menu is simple but made with the freshestingredients, so healthy and incredibly delicious (not an easy feat). Stephanie?s food is absolutely amazing! We had the fish bowl and it was to die for - definitely the best fish bowl I?ve ever... had. She blackened the fish to perfection and the coconut rice and mango salsa just melted in my mouth!! Stephanie herself hasan amazing attitude being a one man show!! Her work ethic is sooo impressive and top notch and she somehow still manages to bepatient and positive, despite running everything on her own.
