They disregarded my order and served my turn to the person who came after me. Then she just said that the order was duplicated... and talked as if it was the cashier's fault. But I saw their manager serving another female customer who came a long way laterthan us, saying the name of the product. She didn't make a fair apology, she just told me to get a refund. Jun 20, 2022: This Starbucks location does not make coffee after six'ish'. If you order a Veranda Blend or a Pike Place Roast... expect to wait. One of their staff said they don't get many people going to Starbuck for coffee after 6, which is why theydon't make brew a pot, instead they do a pour over. Pour overs are much more work if you want it done correctly. Rinsing thefilter, Blooming, Agitating are processes which human errors and can make the coffee less than desirable. There are some fastfood restaurants, I won't mentions which ones, that brew fresh coffee every 30 minutes. You'll never get coffee that's beensitting out for hours or getting stale. It does mean that some coffee will be thrown away, but it means your coffee will befresh. It costs very little to do this. If you just want a consistent, and decent coffee at night you may want to lookelsewhere until this franchise location brews their coffee. Read more
