We came to this White Rock location yesterday. They have many flavors, but the colours look artificial. I asked them if i can... try the brite green and the girl working there was looking at me like I have fallen from Mars. They charge $10 per scoop andwon't let you taste it? Ridiculous. Yesterday we tried Marble slab for the very first time and got real idea about the hype, its worth it!!!!!!! I tried Malibu... Mango, anddddd actually the best ice cream ever plus on top of that extraordinary customer service we got from Komal, sheexplained everything very calmly and was so polite with us that she let us take all of the time. We are ice cream lovers! We've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, yet it continues to disappoint. The mixings... aren't mixed in well, the service is slow and the cleanliness of the serving utensils and counter is questionable. The worst isthat these are the smallest servings of Marble Slab ever! It seems regardless of the size ordered, the cup or cone is never fullof ice cream. I would suggest using the scale that most other Marble Slab locations use to ensure customers get what they arepaying for. A real disappointment! Read more
Nearly killed myself entering the store with major tripping hazard outside. Product a total rip off for people who don't want... toppings. Tiny scoop in cup, one plain cone with coffee ice cream and one skor cone with butter pecan... no toppings on anything$24???? Read more
Unfortunately the water melon and mango ice creams were so chemical flavoured, kind of like lipstick smell/taste. Strawberry was... quite ok. Sceptical to visit again. Read more
My friends and I decided to go down to White Rock for dessert at this Marble Slab Creamery after having in dinner in Richmond.... It is the location that closes late. Best decision ever! Vrinda was very attentive to my friends and I. She was very patientwhen we were choosing flavors and toppings. It was exemplary customer service. This type of customer service is what has peoplelike my friends and I return over and over again to a particular location in the future. . Vrinda thank you very much formaking our night !
