The staff wasn?t trained very well and my partner ordered items that?s they didn?t understand. Rather than take the time to... understand they made her feel like she was dumb for even asking. I loved the fact that this branch is 24 hrs. But when you order a simple iced latte, and wait for 15 minutes while all next... customers got their orders and when I finally ask them they simply oh we will make it now and voila in 30 seconds the iced latteis done. I go to my car and put it in the holder, after driving for a couple of minutes and picking up my latte the cup is emptyand the coffe is all in my cup holder! The cup was defected somewhere in the bottom and they had to replace my coffe. The hasslewas not worth it. Read more

I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed two order of the Munchkins. When I got home there was only one order... at the bag. I called the store and tlady who picked up checked my order and told me that there was 2 orders in the bag. I toldher that there was only one order and I don?t need to lie. She said you placed this order 20 minutes ago and I said yes that?sright and I just got home to give them to my kids. She accused me of lying and accused me of stealing. I told her I would goback to the store. She had another order ready for me and I wanted to speak to her about the issue and her answer was you shouldhave checked the order before leaving and I said you should have done your job and checked how many order there were.
