One star! Tried to go in and get a donut and coffee and saw a lot of angry customers WAITING as many other reviewers had stated.... This is one of the worst or if not the worst Dunkin locations I have ever visited. This location needs to make a wholesalechange of staff and their regional management for not changing what is broken. Shame on you responsible management of thisfranchise location. Lastly, there were suspect characters hanging outside of this establishment as well. How in the hell forWhite Plains??? It is the 2nd most highest living expense area in the country!!! Read more
Very great donuts and I enjoy their service. Most Dunkin Donuts I've been to have OK donuts, but this is good.

I have to given this place three tries every time I go in there everybody is late to wherever they need to be waiting on coffee... and or food. Every single time I am in there and someone does get their Food or drink there is something always wrong with it isthe wrong order etc? I finally went in there today this was the last straw I waited 25 minutes with only three people in theplace and I still did not get my sandwich as they were fixing another order they messed up on someone?s bagels with butter. Itis not because they are too busy I am from the city where they are really busy No other Dunkin? Donuts has ever been this slackthese people either need to be replaced or shut this place down.
