Horrible service portions are a joke which I guess I can understand these days. There selection is horrible as well. The girl... helping me didn?t look like she wanted to be there. I ordered 4 double scoops of ice cream and the cups were half full. Thenshe left them on the counter and handed me a bag. If gas wasn?t so expensive I would have driven back. I will never ever go tothis location again. I wish I could have given them negative stars!!!! Hopefully the manager sees this review. Read more
The worst chocolate milk shake I've ever had and I ordered these all over Fairfield County Connecticut and New York.
Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo in this location with a drive thru which is a rarity in these nearby towns. They move... fairly quickly despite a high volume at certain times of the day. Read more
My family ordered four cups of ice cream in four different flavors. Only one thought that it was fine. Two found their cups... icy. One thought it tasted bad, but to be fair, he wanted vanilla, but they only had low fat vanilla. We're going to stick toCarvel. Read more

The staff here is extremely busy at times, especially sat & Sun and I have never had nor witnessed a problem here. The make over... is awesome. The problem is irate customers who have hate issues and walk into an establishment and try to pick a argument by notbeing patient. All of Westchester posses hate hate hate hate issues and practice it daily. You hateful people need to discover,the young people that work here are not 40 yrs old with 30 yrs exp.
