Do not go to this location if you have allergies to anything as the staff do not take it seriously. I have not had these issues... at other locations. The first time I went and let them know of my allergy I got attitude and an eye roll from the staff. Lastweekend I stopped by again and let the staff know of the allergy. They acted as though they didn't understand what to do aboutit and made my order on the regular counter with the usual utentsils!! That could kill someone! Management needs to make suretheir staff understands allergy protocol and takes it seriously. Read more

The ice cream here is just like the other cold stone locations. I ordered a ?like it? with peanut butter and reese cups. I... received great customer service today at this locations. The staff members were very friendly and inviting. They provided thefriendliest service I?ve had in a long time. I found parking relatively quick in front of cold stone which is unusual for thisarea. I placed my order on line...went in to pick-up my order..the person making my order touching unsanitary things..I asked her to... change her gloves ...she was very surprised and upset but she changed her gloves...she continued to make my order ensured everything was correct...I took my ice cream home placed it in the freezer...I ate my ice cream late evening...the order was allwrong ..I said ok kept eating my ice cream till it was gone ...30 minutes later I became violently ill sickall night.
