So, my wife orders a House Salad with Fried Chicken. They failed to put the chicken in the salad. I ordered a Chicken Finger... Plate. Because I'm not a fan on Zaxby Sauce, I asked for BBQ Sauce. To protect their bottom line, I guess, they gave me ONE ..one measly container of BBQ Sauce. Considering their Chicken Fingers aren't very big, they thought one would suffice? To makeour experience top-rate, over half of the available tables were sticky. It was as if they "cleaned" the tables with the colddrinks that may have spilled out. I usually come to zaxbys every other day ! I added extra chicken which they say is extra chicken. I called and asked for the... manager which she said she was speaking she said she bagged my order and saw put extra chicken then on top of that HUNG UP IN MYFACE .. I used to work at zaxbys for part time (not at this location) but THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHICKEN . Very disrespectful anddisappointing for a manager to speak to ANY customer !! Read more

Employees fairly rude. Woman taking orders over the speaker sounded extremely annoyed that she had to take my order, guy at the... window just sticks out his hand for your card without saying anything, hands you your food without a single word as well. When Isaid thank you he just shut the windows. Checked my bag and noticed I didn?t get a straw for my drink so I didn?t pull away fromthe window, when he noticed me he rolled his eyes and opened the window and just looked at me. I asked if I could please have astraw. He hands it to me and before I even finish the word ?thanks? he slams the window again. If you want to feel like you?re ahuge inconvenience for wanting to order lunch from the place that employees and signs these peoples paychecks then this is theplace for you. They asked us to pull up and completely forgot about us. After several vehicles left the drive thru behind us we went to walk in... to ask about our food the restaurant dining was closed. We knocked on the window to get someones attention. We finally gotsomeone to acknowledge us. Said they had to cook our food. My husband said that's surprising with the number of vehicles thathad left no one else was asked to pull up. The restaurant did not want to provide a receipt even though the girl at the windowasked if we wanted a receipt, We said yes! We finally left after 35 min. We will not be back to this restaurant! Food is always excellent however the girl working drive thru is very rude. Basically throws food at you out the window in a rush... to get u out of there, then hand you drinks with coke all over the outside and had to ask her for napkins to wipe off my drinks.You could tell I was inconveniencing her . This is the first time that I've taken the family to a Zaxby's. I would say that we were all unpleasantly surprised. Although... the service was fast and polite, the food was all a little weird and gave most of us stomach problems. I'm afraid I don't havea baseline Zaxby's experience to compare this to, but the breading on the chicken had a fairly weird taste. If I had todescribe it, I would use the words feet and moldy-hemp to describe it. The chicken was super moist though. The cheese biteshad no discernable seasoning and left an unpleasant flour aftertaste in my mouth. I can't imagine going back on purpose. Read more

The sandwich was good, but not what I expected. Service was friendly and the food was served hot. Glad to see that their... dining room was open.
