Reviews for Tavern 76 in White House, TN
Staff was friendly and the food was great. The patties are a bit too thick for my liking but truely love the fries here. I'm... giving a 4 star today due to the fact that there was several un-bussed tables. . These tables remained un-bussed for more thenhalf or stay. Read more
Excellent food. Bartender was doing it all. She worked her butt off. Great little place for lunch.

The food is terrible and the bartender is, too. Ordered chicken nachos. The chicken was so dry you could barely eat it and there... was hardly any cheese or sour cream. The mixed drinks we ordered were not done correctly. It was safer to stick with beer; atleast I knew what I was getting. It was kinda dirty in there too. The bar by the pool tables had food all over it. Wouldn?trecommend. I?m not sure why it is so highly rated. Read more
I met my daughter here for lunch for the first time and it was really good. She got the swiss burger and I got the shrimp and... gouda cheese grits. I am not exaggerating when I say they are some of the best grits I have ever had. Update 6-29-22 Still thebest grits. The wings with watermelon bbq sauce and the bourbon bbq sauce were really good. I am a local but had not visited Tavern 76 until recently. I brought family who were visiting from out of town and we had a... great time. The karaoke was grand and my family was impressed by how good the singers were. I explained to them that is the normin these parts. The portions were tremendous and the atmosphere was excellent. I defintely will go back to Tavern 76 again Read more
I was excited to treat myself to a local, handmade burger from a local staple business. I?d seen a coworker blow a lot of money... on getting their food delivered; I?d been told they made the best burger in town. So being my first visit, I knew there?d be alearning curve. I showed up after dinner rush, while the place was packed? bad timing to get a burger cooked, I nowsuppose. Anyway, the atmosphere was inviting? everyone was polite. I don?t drink anymore or like sports, but everyone waspolite. I ordered a French Dip burger with onion rings. I was excited. After an hour of patiently waiting, I was stoked toget my burger! Unfortunately, my burger didn?t have much flavor, the aus ju was watered down, and I only got 4 ?well done?onion rings. On the bright side, it was half price? I was able to tip the bartender lady. The restroom was clean and the pooltables were nice looking. I hope on my next attempt, the bar tender lady will remember me and I?ll try a different burger withfries? I?ll get ranch or honey mustard. I?m glad to have gotten a large, seemingly wholesome meat burger and I?ll considertonight the cost of adventure in local flavor. Monday, September 26th, 2000-hours.
