I only get 2 things when I go, the chicken chalupa & nacho fries when they?re available. As a paying customer, I shouldn?t be... given fries that are soggy & cold. Mind you, they had just opened when I arrived, so I dont think the food should have been asbad. If there was another Taco Bell close to me, I would definitely go there instead. Read more
Absolutely avoid. It always takes forever and they constantly mess up the order. Love Taco Bell but this one is the worst. ... Spent 40 minutes in line only for them to mess up the order. I went there at 10 this morning. The manager Tim is completely rude and Obnoxious to his employees. And I've even heard him... cussing to his employees in front of the customers. The drive through always takes 40 years. Been sitting here for 8 minutes and haven't even heard a voice say welcome to taco... bell. This is the only location that takes this long... find the common denominator and find the fix people. Good though so Ithrew in one star. Read more
I seriously had to raise my voice and ask for help over this chalupa over and over while the drive thru line line wrapped around... the building. The lobby slowly started building up . My online order had taken forever to get ready. I noticed a few employeeschecking their phones and taking their time. I understand they don?t get paid much, but this is inexcusable. Come on. Usually I love ???? Bell but the one in White House Tennessee has became poorly ran. One girl was on her phone non stop while... fixing food and got mad when asked to change gloves and not place her phone in the food prep surface. Then I get home with thefood and the beans were like powder and sauce just making out of everything. It was inedible. Read more
There were people standing in the lobby for over an hour and a half waiting for the food! There were some employees talking and... extremely stressed! The manager Malory was following around the Steriletech guy.Then Malary started walking around asking whateveryone ordered and wrote her name on some papers so people could get free food. Starting with the most recent customers thatwalked in three customers got offended tried to speak to her she ignored them because she was too busy arguing with me for noreason and they left after paying for their food without their food. Her whole aggressive attitude and the reason she wascontinuing to argue with me as I was telling her to just go on all I needed was my kids food was because I refused her handwritten coupon. As I said I didn?t want one all I need is her store number her name and I?m going to do a survey she becameextremely aggressive again and then told me that if I made a survey on her she?d be the one to call me back anyway so I?mtesting that theory seen as a DM for many years and I know that threatening a customer because they?re going to do a survey is afireable offense. So if this woman calls me back I will be going directly to corporate and as far up as I need to go!
