I'm not sure just what their issue is, but I'm losing faith in this place. They have always been rather slow, but now, their... quality control is turning into a real joke. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, no lettuce, add onion. Also ordered a singlebacon cheeseburger, no lettuce, add onion. When I got home, and my wife and I started eating, my double had no onions. I had tosearch for the bacon, but did find it. Fortunately, the lettuce was gone, as I had requested. My wifes single also had norequested onions, nor did it have any bacon, whatsoever. For the third time. As much as we do like the Sonic food, when we getwhat we order, our time, with this particular store, may well be coming to an end. Read more
Every single time we go to Sonic in White House, TN, we leave disappointed. This time we waited 30 minutes before we heard from... someone to take our order then the speaker cut out and she moved on to another stall to take someone else’s order instead oftaking care of us. This is the third time this has happened! Read more
Fast food that is NOT fast. Where is management?? We waited over 40 minutes for a drink to be told they have TWO employees... trying to keep the business afloat. People around us having to reorder after waiting 30-40 minutes. I believe in keepingbusiness local, but it would have been quicker to drive to Hendersonville. Next time we will do just that. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET ANYTHING HERE!!! This Sonic is completely terrible! It takes FOREVER for... someone to answer after you press the button then wait about 30 minutes to get your food order. Absolute garbage. Waited over 30 minutes to get two drinks… finally got our order and one was wrong but the employees would... rather socialize than care about the customers. Almost every spot was full but employees are just hanging out with people bytheir cars, laughing and listening to music while people are clearly getting irritated from waiting so long. Unfortunately, the service has gotten really rough over the past few months. It took 15 minutes for them to respond to my button... while I watched 4 employees through the window just hanging out and talking. When they finally answered, I said “Hey I havewaited about 15min and all I would like is a Diet Coke, is it going to take long to get it?” (In a kind voice I might add????) and she hung up and took the stall next to me. Left without anything after waiting for 20 minutes. Might want toreevaluate your staff or management. Won’t be back for a while. Read more
Absolutely the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why I keep trying it and going back. It seem there always busy... but it takes 15-20 mins after you order to get your fast food. Today we waited over 12 mins to order than there computer systemcrashed. Then the times we do get our food normally half of its cold. Numerous times there have been items missing from ourorder. I understand that this might happen from time to time but it’s every time now. Sorry but White House sonic will longerhave my business. Read more
The children running this place bring out sandwiches that are totaling missing the vegetables that are supposed to be on them. ... Have never had an order there that didn't have to be redone. Half of their menu is typically unavailable because they don'thave their prep work done inside. Best to start your order by first asking, whatta ya got? Read more
