I ordered my sandwich 45 minutes ago and it?s still not ready. This location is consistent in being late. They are always... later than what the app shows but this is ridiculous. I get it's difficult to find good help these days and the manager is most likely trying her best with what little/slow staff... help she has but I'm just really annoyed and feel like a review is needed. A couple weeks ago I placed an online order for agluten free sub to pick up shortly after 11am. When I arrived to pick it up the man at the counter didn't acknowledge me so Iwaited several minutes. He then asked if I was there for a to go order and the order name. I told him then he said that thegluten free bread was still frozen and looked at me like I was supposed to offer up suggestions on what to do next. So I askedfor a refund because I didn't have time to wait. He looked at me dumbfounded and had to call the manager, which she had justarrived and came to process the transaction. She was nice and apologized. Earlier this evening I attempted to give thislocation a second chance so I ordered online two subs, one hot and one cold to be picked up at 6:24pm. I walked up to thecounter and again no one acknowledged me for about 7 minutes even though there were seven people working. A girl asked the namefor the to go order, I told her, and she said it wasn't ready yet. Okay cool. So I step back and another lady who had a to goorder entered and no one acknowledged her. We stood there briefly chatting and she finally was asked her name then got herorder. I still waited. While my cold sandwich soaked through the bag, they apparently overlooked the hot sub too. Finally at 7pm(30ish minutes after my order was supposed to be done!) I asked for a refund which the manager again was nice andapologetic. I'm not trying to be rude or overly critical, we all got crazy stuff in our lives that pops up and we can'tcontrol. The managers young children were in the kitchen and came out to the front.
