I would give 5 stars but my biscuits were left out of my order that I paid over $40 for. If I was able to get in touch when I... called the number, I would still give 5 stars had they made it right. However no answer and I wasn't about to drive another 20minute trip with 5 kids in tow. The other food however was delicious and the staff that waited on us was friendly. Read more

The people were respectful. We got a coney dog pic below should of took pics of the dried up burger ! Was a double bacon in the... pics shows lettuce tomato onion it came with 2 day old mayo and 2.5 pickles I had to go ask for bacon , lettuce pickles andtomatoes the hot dog pic speaks for itself and it's dirty tables sticky floors have gum stuck to them skip this one it'sdepressing here . I will NEVER return. My family and friends came in around 7 one night with 9 of us. There were other sitting eating so we all... ordered as normal. Once my husband paid the cashier then told us that we could not eat inside. We had already gotten our drinks,and getting ready to sit down at a table. So, we were a little agitated but sat and waited for our food. Other people came inordered food got their food and left. Each person after us was told before they ordered that the dining room was closed. Afterwaiting over 30 minutes I decided to go refill my drink to have a better look in the kitchen to see if our food was even beingmade. When I looked into the kitchen the man at the food prep station was vaping over the food. My stomach churn, and I walkedto my husband and told him what happened. He said, "that's it let's get our money back". I went up to the counter and told themthat I was done waiting. I was done waiting and watching other people get their food and I still waiting, but the most importantthing that I was done with was the fact that I just watch the cook vape over the food. There was another man in line orderinghis food and when heard that he looked at me and asked me if I was serious, I told him yes and he looked at the cashier and saidnever mind I'm not eating here. I told the cashier very kindly calmly that I was more than willing to pay for all the drinksthat we had drank, but would not be eating at this establishment. Every single person in the back acted as if it was our faultthat we were canceling this order. The cashier went through the receipt and refunded all of it never speaking to us, neverlooking at us, but had a nasty look on her face as if we had done some thing wrong. We went to another restaurant down the roadall of us ordered and we're eating within 10 minutes. Came to A&W to have Bacon cheeseburger and root beer. Waited to order with no one in front of me. Got my meal, went to fill my... cup with root beer. Dispenser was out. Notified them root beer was out and lady said "we outa root beer honey". A simple signposted would have change my expectations and I could have went somewhere else. I went for the root beer. Sta down and table wassticky, tried different table, sticky too. Apparently they wipe table with rag and don't clean them. Very disappointing. Willnot be returning. Read more

Took over 20 minutes to get any of my food. The employee just said "sorry" and handed me my food. The root beer machine was out... of order. No lids for the cups. Every table was dirty, a customer had to ask for a rag and clean their own table. The restaurantwas overall just plain filthy. Read more
