Let's be honest here... I have read rave reviews from local guides and customers alike, but I haven't seen an authentic post yet... about the actual service that takes place at this drive-thru. *Update* Date and Time of Incident: 9/16/22 @ 5:55pm. If you areinterested in dealing with paranoid, passive aggressive, provoking, hostile, verbally abusive barista babes - then come throughthis drive thru. Oh... For an added bonus to your trip, please don't bring children along to hear it... This place is inept atnot only maintaining qualified professional baristas, but it is also grossly negligent of how their staff treat customers. Read more

Shocked. Like shocked. Got our order wrong, we make the same order everyday. When we told them, the barrista at the window... rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed before agreeing to replace it. Then told us to go wait in the parking lot. Still forgot1/2 our order when a different employee brought it to us and she literally told us off. Said we had ordered it wrong!!! My onlycomment was, "Wow, I'm just surprised you are so not chill." Drove off before we got the rest honestly afraid of what they'd doto our order. Read more
This is probably the best starbucks on the planet. They are genuinely nice people who are there to help if you have questions... about products and availability. I have been there 3 times in the last few days at different times of the day. A differentperson every time and all of them were solid. Thank you. The last thing I need is attitude from a barista when I ask if you havecookies. Read more
The Starbucks at this location is fairly new. And it's in a good location at highway 62 and 140. Pardon the pun, but Starbucks... is not always my cup of tea.. They usually have good service, but most of the drinks are highly sugared and caffeinated. In anycase it's a good place to go and meet with people. And it's nice that they also have free Wi-Fi, and this location has adrive-thru available. Check them out! Read more
Usually a very nice experience, I ran into this red head dont remember her name. Refused to take my order in person and demanded... I make a mobile or drive thru order. I asked what the difference was, and she states that she was simply too busy to take myorder in person. I was a daily customer, and you lost my business for life. ???? Read more
