Visited Fat Tiger Korean BBQ in White Bluff, TN. This place serves up authentic Korean cuisine with incredible flavors. You can... tell they put a lot of effort into the design of each dish and sauce so they complement each other while filling you up! Theowners David & Starrlite are so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Our servers Morgan and Jody took our orders, answeredquestions, made recommendations, and took great care of us. For an appetizer?the Boneless Korean Fried Chicken with theSoy-Garlic-Honey glaze on the fried chicken is amazing?this could be a meal all on its own with some sticky rice. The Bulgogidish was simple yet so good with thinly sliced beef that was fork tender and flavorful. LOVE the sticky rice here, and if youdrizzle a bit of their Fat Tiger Aioli sauce on it, puts this rice over the top! The Bibimbap is huge and the flavors of thepickled/cold items and the warm rice and meats is a delightful mix of flavors and sensations. I even tossed in some of theKorean Fried Chicken?next time I order this dish I will order a side of the fried chicken to add to it. For dessert tried theDeep fried Nutella rolls?tempura fried rolls with Nutella and powdered sugar?they are delicious. Also took an order of theGalbi-jjim (braised short ribs) to go, I wish I had taken two servings. You can literally slide the bone out of the rib with noeffort, the meat is that tender. The flavors of the meat, sauce, veggies, and rice reminds you of an old school New England PotRoast with a slight kick. I?m sure this dish takes a lot of work to create?but in the end the outcome is delicious. Oh my. Food comas are a real thing with this food. I just want a nap now. I have been putting off trying them for one reason or... another, and so sad I did! The shrimp & lobster bisque is the best I?ve had, and it?s one of my favorite dishes anywhere.Superb flavor & richness. The bulgogi fries are delicious addictive and the potato tempura has just the right kick. I got allthis for the work I?ve got to do tonight and for tomorrow; but I really just want to eat it all right now. Such great people &food! Read more
Apparently we really like Korean food. Everything we've gotten has been well made and while I have no perspective on what... authentic Korean food is. I loved the Korean zucchini. Man it felt so well balanced and I'd love to have this in my cookingarsenal. We will be back to try everything else. Ty guys for your hard work. Edit. Fat Tiger Korean BBQ & More Possibly the most legit and authentically tasting Korean food in the state of Tennessee and... Kentucky. I?m still not over how good the food was and the portions are pretty big! Hangover soup? still drooling, Kids bananamilk drink bc I?m a wimp when it comes to spicy food lol. Sweet potato ???? tempura with some kind of sweet chili sauce, sogood! Being from Guam I was very skeptical about the Guamanian bbq, I?ve been disappointed with the mainland?s interpretationof our food before ? But hot damn was it good and legit! Finadene how I missed you so ???? Starlite?s hospitality and knowledgeabout food were top notch. And her many years in the industry shows! Place itself is in the middle of no where, po dunk town,and easily would have driven past but omg the inside?so clean! A real diamond in the rough! We had the Korean Fried Boneless Chicken dinners, with fried Sweet Potato Tempura, and the food was delicious. The cooks in... this place are on top of everything. The restaurant was very busy, but the cooks got the food out to everyone very fast. Therestaurant was Extremely Clean and Newly Remodled. The ladies, that were taking orders were very friendly and helpful. Therestaurant was decorated with an antique theme, which I really liked. Read more

Atmosphere is really nice, service was wonderful, and the food was absolutely delish! We had the Korean fried chicken with rice... and pineapple slaw, plus the spicy pork. Both meals were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this little restaurant toanyone searching for something different with a kick. We will definitely return! Read more
