The store is very dirty and often times there are some shady characters hanging around the store outside. Staff are usually... nice. Read more

It's been rather hit it or Miss at this location for about 2 years. The other thing that concerns me about this particular... location is sometimes you cannot use tap or you have to ask them to activate the tap on the credit card machine. It is verysuspicious when the clerk needs you to stick your chip in while he's playing with his phone. Especially tonight I had to ask himthree times for tap and every time my card got declined. Which forced me to use the chip. I have never had a problem with mycard reading and then being declined so that again is suspicious. Read more

I'm not going to say that the elderly caucasian cashier doesn't like African Americans but I watched her greet the 4 caucasian... people that was in front of me with a smile, a hello, and a have a nice day and unfortunately I did not receive any of those 3things. Her smile disappeared quickly when I approached the counter so I only received a piece of the smile that was lefted overfrom the previous customer. I even said hello and have a nice day to her and received crickets. It just wasn't a good feeling. Read more

I have stopped at this gas station two to five times a week, in the early morning, for the past few years. Yes, since Covid... there has been a negative surge within this gas station. Un-happy staff, not as clean, and broken pumps. A month or so ago thestation was closed due to lack of staff. However, now that the bad staff is no longer working there things are changing. I wasin there this morning and there was a kid (20 something) in there stocking shelves, cleaning the coffee station, and running theregister...ALONE. He said he needed a job and wanted to work more. He went from being a cashier to a manager and is nowrunning the station. He said he can't find any help and so he's had to change the hours and they are closed from 11pm to 5am. He said it's too dangerous to work there over night, they have been robbed a few times, but it's usually ok during the day. This kid took a horrible situation and is making it work. He's got a great attitude and he said he's going to make "his" gasstation the best in town. Hats off to you kid for doing what it takes to make it and then some. All of it with a smile andgreat attitude. This kid is a great example of the hard working people that this country needs right now. We'd happilyemployee him if he ever needs a job. Read more

I had the most demeaning and humiliating experience from Kehlani who spoke to me with awful condescension because I requested... that she open up the pump for me to get gas and pay inside. I am a Luther auto/Holiday Advantage card holder and spend anaverage of at least $40 every week for gas at this station. I am a Business manager in downtown and have never encountered sucha problem rude attitude. I cringed at the attitude of this your employee and feel sorry for your business if she is indeed amanager as she claimed with such an appalling and disrespectful attitude. Read more

I went to exchange a propane tank and was told they were unable to provide the service due to being short staffed, despite no... one in line and at least 2 employees visible sitting down behind the counter. The store was not busy. I went a mile straighteast to the Marathon station, which worked out great because the price for a propane tank exchange was $5 cheaper. Oh, and theman working at Marathon all by himself was happy to do the exchange for me which took about 30 seconds. The gas price atMarathon was the same so I will get my gas there in the future.
