On Halloween, I stopped here before work. Before I ordered, I asked whether they thought it would be more or less than a 5... minute wait before the food would be ready because I was trying to figure out if I actually had time before work. When I'm notin a rush, I'm always willing to spend more time at Culver's because I know they're cooking the food fresh and that it's goingto taste way better than other drive-thru places, but I didn't want to be late for work. The worker said he wasn't sure, andkindly offered to put a rush on my food. Not only did they get my food to me in record time, not only did I make it to work ontime, the food was AMAZING! I would have been willing to accept lower quality than I usually get from Culver's because of therush, but they managed to get me the speed I needed without any sacrifice in quality! They really went above and beyond, andthat burger and shake got me through a rough shift at work. This was the worst experience I have ever had. This use to be my go-to Culver?s before. Not only did I have to switch sodas... numerous times (because flat) but when we got our food my burger was not only mid-warm but I had soggy old lettuce and I thoughtmy bun was GF. It literally fell apart and was more like sand paper! I went to the front and who ever that helped us argued thatshe didn?t ring it in GF but she will have it re-made. About 5 or so minutes later I got my remake and it was the exact same! Iliterally just ate the Luke warm meat and onions. What happens to the standards!? Read more
I order the butterburger with cheese because it's pictured with ketchup and mustard. They ask if I want toppings so I add... lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Literally everytime I do that they add mayo. It's so irritating. Probably the 4th or 5th timein a row. Read more
So frustrated ? asked. For a fish sandwich, strawberry salad, cole slaw, small vanilla shake and a chocolate cake cone 1 scoop.... I made him read my order since they seemed very befuddled. They had 2 piece cod meal and 2 chocolate cone. I told him thatwas wrong I wanted the sandwich and 1 cone. My number was 88 and no one even looked at my car when they came out. I got theattention of a girl and said they just took my order back. He comes out and the other person says that is not hers ? Based onwhat I have no idea. I got charged 26.00 plus for this debacle. Sadly we had very bad service at this Culver's site. No greetings no personalities no Smiles from any of the staff. We ate... inside and our food was good but the atmosphere was dismal. Won't be going back to this location any time soon. Read more
I normally would not write a review on one visit but unfortunately this is the second or third time I?ve gone through this... drive-thru and been disappointed. Tonight I asked for a cranberry bacon blue salad with extra lettuce. What I got was a shreddediceberg lettuce (very little) with shredded cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese. Definitely not worth $10! Last time I drovethrough I ordered the same thing and got the right salad but it filled about half the bowl. I don?t think I?ll be going backanytime soon. Read more
The restaurant is open for both carry out or drive-thru. They seem to serve four or five vehicles / one customer that comes... inside. The butterscotch Shake was great the french fries were perfect the crispy chicken sandwich was great for flavor but thechicken itself was a lot smaller than the bun which is frustrating. the people that work there were great as well.
