The people here are trying their best every time I come in. I understand their difficulty with not having a menu board inside... that works, but overall they get their drive thru line down really fast. I ask them every time I come to see why their lobbyisn't open and it is the fact that the menu board is broken. I would also love to use the bathroom but I understand why. The boy taking orders on Saturday mornings is absolutely awful at his job. Sounds like I'm not even close to the only one who... has had an awful interaction with him. In drive through my order was incorrect so I parked and tried to go inside but it was closed so I called and the manager said he... would correct it. He brought it out to me and requested the incorrect one back for waste. (Usually I have never been asked thisand they don't care if you keep but didn't matter to me.) Went back to vehicle and sandwich was still incorrect. I have a foodallergy so I request things in a way help with that. Went to the drive thru and my mom was driving and sometimes she have a difficult time speaking and the worker kept on... interrupting my mom and also I ask for a Sprite Zero and apparently you guys didn?t have it but I check your website and youguys did and I say I can?t have sugar soda and she said I can?t give you a meal and the worker at the drive thru was rude and wejust left and go somewhere else. The Food is decent but the people working are quite possibly the worst customer service workers I?ve ever seen. The drive... through menu has the attached unhinged letter taped to it that is just douchey. Additionally the bald man working the drivethrough screamed at the car in front of me and made everyone in line very uncomfortable. This place should just bite the bulletand go under already.
