Absolutely angry with the service and staff at this location. Have never experienced this in my life. Walked in around 8:45 to... pick up some ice cream. I was still deciding on flavours and I was going to order two fresh pack and one prepacked ice creamtubs. I ask one of the staff there to help me with my order and she said in a really mean voice ?we are closed, we are onlyselling prepacked ice cream,our machine is down we can?t serve ice cream?. Then she said so now what do you want you need tohurry we are closing in 2 mins if you wanted ice-cream you should?ve came in 1 hour earlier,it was only 8:50 and they close at9. I ordered a 1 scoop fudge sundae and got charged around $6 and got a kid size serving. 4 spoons of ice cream in total and... hardly any fudge or almonds. In comparison, I ordered the exact same thing at another Baskin Robbins in Newmarket and thecontents weighed almost 2x and far more quantity.
