Always make the mistake of going here for a quick bite just to have them mess up my order every single time, I don't know what... it is but no matter what I order they get it very wrong or miss somthing. For example ordered a plain double baconator today,and first they gave me a Dave's single, so I asked them for the plain double baconator again at the drive through window andthey give me back a non plain bacconator. Moral of the story stay away from this Wendy's. Just go to mcdonalds across theparking lot. Amazing service from them no matter the time. Read more

Walked over to have Saturday night frosties with my kids, 6 and 8. Bought the frosties, sat down to eat them, and was told... within 2 minutes that the restaurant was closing and we had to leave. The worker who asked us to leave was rather zealous aboutit. My question remains: since this is a shared restaurant with a common dining area, why weren?t the restaurants able to close(they were certainly able to lower their shutters), while the diners in the common area finished eating? Went there about a week ago. The service was extremely poor. We stood waiting g for almost 5 min waiting for someone to take... our order. They did not have several items on the menu. They did not get our order right. I was also surprised that the nextperson in line (who had been waiting patiently) was finally told to leave the area and go through the drive through to place hisorder. He was told that by the manager. Not surprisingly he left and took his business to McDonald's. Our order was notcorrect. We will choose another location or place to eat in the future. Read more

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! Today June 2th 12:30pm , I made the mistake to go to this place. I asked them if I could get a... breakfast biscuit ( McDO and Tim have 24/7 Breakfast available) they said there is no breakfast at this time then I said thankscan I Order a Dave?s triple. When I drove to the window, A lady ( physically overweight, white and incredibly RUDE) gave me aDave?s single. I told her that I ordered a Dave?s triple and she said :? WELL YOU ALSO ORDERED A BREAKFAST? then she took myreceipt and the Dave?s single and she slammed the window at me. I decided NOT to move my car until I get a REFUND or myFOOD! She called the police and took a picture of my car ( like a child) Since the police were taking some time to show up. Icalled them myself . When they arrived , they spoke with her and then she made a new burger. She was so PROUD to say :? I AMTHE GENERAL MANAGER of this WENDY?s ? Then I told myself ...wait a second...if I was in her shoes , I wouldn?t mention that.What kind of exemple is SHE for her younger colleagues???? And the reputation of the store!!!!??? My experience has been really bad at this Wendy?s. They have terrible customer service they get mad at you when you can?t hear... them through speaker and if you ask for extra stuff. I asked for extra vinegar and got 1 package and also my bass wherebasically thrown at me out the drive through window. Read more
