Absolutely the worst service ive experienced and witnessed. 4 different delivery drivers waiting on orders that weren't even... started for 10mins, there were no other customers. Then told us to figure out who's order it was, didn't even check to make sureif we were actually drivers. Read more

This is a tough one? What I like: - the convenience of the location (it was very needed in this area) - the fact that it still... has not gotten too busy. - staff are typically very pleasant and friendly. What I don?t like: - lately orders have been wrong(I.e. order 1 milk 2 sugar and get 2 milk 1 sugar) - items missing from orders (only 5 donuts in a 6 pack) - often messy andvery disorganized inside. I want to leave 2 stars (because I found out when I was on the road that my coffee was wrong) but Iwill leave it at 3 because I have had more positive than negative at this point however the negatives are getting much morecommon (I go to this location 2-4 times a week). This Tim's is new and in a convenient location. That's about the only good part of it. First off everytime I go there (drive... thru) the staff are never the same, ever. There is no sense of leadership or organization. Do not order food at this location. have never had an order that was correct, not missing something or after I ordered and got to the window only to be told theycould not make it. Read more

Just got served a BLT with rotten lettuce. Noticed after I ate almost all of it, thought I smelled something weird. Turned super... dark green, wet, wilted, smelled not good. Guess I?m gonna have fun having this pass through my system?.tomatoes were on theopposite side of the spectrum, not even close to being ripe, hard and green. It isn?t very hard to train your employees to spotrotten food. In truth, it?s quite obvious when something is rotten, but if you?re hiring people that can not differentiate whatis foul and what is fresh, teach them. Furthermore, if you weren?t so obsessed with your window times at the drive thru, maybeyour staff of stressed out teenagers and seniors would have the time to actually look at what they?re serving people and maybestop it from being served. Serious food-borne illnesses can be brought upon customers from rotten vegetables. A customershouldn?t have to inspect their food items before consumption when ordering from a restaurant as large as Tim Hortons.Inexcusable, I will never return. Read more

I'll start by saying that the location is convenient and the staff have always been friendly. Unfortunately the team needs some... structured, organized leadership. The service slow and attention to the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved. Tablesnot consistently wiped, garbage bags left out on the garbage can, display case disorganized and the bathroom was in very roughshape (see pic....someone spilled something in there...it's not what it appears to be). Management needs to structure their teamappropriately. Leadership is definitely lacking at this location. Read more

I went to this Tim?s to get a juice for my daughter and use the washroom. The woman?s washroom was disgusting and had no toilet... paper, so I went the mens which was worse but at least had toilet paper. This was not just dirty from someone ruining the cleanspace it was a build up over time of grime and fluids? I thought I would still grab a juice. Waited for one of the six employeesto serve me for 3 minutes with no acknowledgement? I won?t be going back. Read more

I am getting so frustrated with ordering through Skip (not Skips fault). I always order 2 coffees and a Steeped Tea and when I... get it at my door it?s Coffee?.sure enough I check my bill and it?s Tea. This is the second time this week (and numerous othertimes), I called on 2 days ago, just to ask the Manager to make sure they were reading the instructions correctly. But 2 dayslater the same thing - please have your staff look at the screen more carefully. Read more

This location is always clean and often busy. We?ve been here numerous times, usually before noon. The staff are mostly young... people who are being trained, in retail and in customer service. They have always been pleasant and professional. Behind thecounter they listen to their peers and learn. I hear their conversations - always polite, about the business and procedures. When they?re changing shifts and in the customer side of the counter they are still friendly and pleasant. It seems managementat this location is doing a fine job of selecting good young people and training them well. My advice to customers is - bepatient. You were once young, maybe scared at your first public job. Be nice. We enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the goodwork guys. There was a time when we too had to go through ?training?. It?s all good. Thanks for doing a great job. Read more
