Just got served by a guy with a hair pick in his hair while working in the food industry. What dirty customer service is this?!?
This location has always been good, except today I went through the drive through and was greeted by a miserable woman on the... speaker. Around 530 pm. Speaking extremely rude. She apologized after the fact but that kind of attitude has no place in abusiness like Tim hortons. 1 star Read more
The employe was rude and showed no respect towards serving food to customers. The drive through was not even busy but she was... rude and gave me a box with 1/2 timbit when I order a box. Showed no respect for customers at all. Read more
This location is excruciatingly slow and their display screen inside doesn't work (at the cash). So I never know if my order is... accurate or I'm being charged correctly. Read more
Doesn't carry honey lemon tea, then the employee lied to me and said no Tim Hortons carry honey lemon tea. Can't support a... location where their employees are encouraged to lie. I won't be returning. For reference I order honey lemon tea at otherlocations without an issue. Carry all the tea products, or continue losing customers. Read more
This location is great if you want quality food and service however there is one unpleasant lady with tattoos who is very rude... and disrespectful not only to her staff but also to customers. She greets people through the drive through, in a very friendlyway, like they would at Walmart, but it is all a Facade. She will also deliberately mess up your order. Hard to believesomeone with such long experience at Tim Hortons and preform so poorly. Read more
Every time we come to this location to get any food items with chicken/egg, they don?t have it. Today was the 7th time that we... were denied that they don?t have chicken or even egg to serve. Some times the employee taking the order in the drive thru willask the employee inside if they want to go ahead and make chicken/egg related food items & will deny us of having them in stockif the employee says not to take the order. We have overheard this conversation couple of times through the drive thruspeaker. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE HUNGRY! Read more
