Although tim Horton at other locations are fantastic I feel that this location is one of the worst, drive threw is lined up like... crazy and very little staff to help, asked drive threw how long and they told me he doesn't know and that they are taking careof mobile orders first... Found this location very ignorant and disrespectful.. most of the other Whitby locations havefantastic customer service. Won't go here again Read more
Super friendly staff...especially Jane on the drive thru speaker. She's a gem!! Food was better before they were bought out buy... investor's group. Too bad but money makes the world go round I guess. Read more
Their drive thru line up and front end line up are always long because they have not enough runners or not enough people helping... the front. This place is severely understaffed that's why you see reviews complaining about the washroom. No one has the timeto do it. Despite that, the women's bathroom have always been up to par as well as the family bathroom. Despite this, they'venot been rude or anything at all, if not just very quick replies but... Do you really need to feel validated by a Tim Hortonscashier? Check with your therapist. Overall, I blame management and people who run this place for, what appears to be, aproblem with their high turnovers. My girlfriend and I just went through the the drive thru and order a tea and a coffee. The person that took our order only said... one thing to us the whole time and that was ? is that everything? rudely. Asked for a double toasted bagel and it was burnt. Beyond the point that you could even eat it. Honestly when the workers take... it out of the toaster, they see how burnt it is???.how can serve something like that. Was in a rush so I couldn?t even go insideor back through drive they to complain. Complete waste of money and now I will have to go somewhere else to get breakfast on myway to work. Read more
I was working as a driver in the area on a Sunday morning. Was going to go to McDonald?s but this Tim Hortons was closer to me.... As a driver, I need to use fast food/gas station washrooms, especially to wash my hands (always purchase something though). Thiswas the only washroom I?ve encountered over the years that had NO running sink water which I believe is a health inspectionviolation. The toilet was in a desperate need of cleaning, just a few simple wipes would be sufficient. The floor looked like ithasn?t been mopped since winter. The employee taking my order has not said a single word during our whole interaction, there wasnot even a ?Hello? or a ?Bye?. Mind you, I was very polite even though I had to call the employee to come over as they were busysorting things despite me being the only costumer including the drive through. I only give two stars as I surprisingly got myorder properly made. However, the costumer service and cleanliness here are both 0/5. Read more
