Each time I go to Tim Hortons I am more disappointed than the precious visit. Decided to give them another try....ordered a... toasted cheese tea biscuit and got a toasted breakfast biscuit. This is by far the worst tim Hortons I have been to! This place is super unhygienic (refer pic of a fly enjoying the donut). I... wasn't served twice out of the three times I was here as I was made to wait for more than 15 mins- they either altogetherignored me and didn't take order or told me to wait as they had to look at "mobile" orders first. The days mentioned hereweren't one bit busy in terms of walk in customers, Infact there was no one ahead of me or after me waiting to be served! Gotlucky the third time. And I got semi filled coffee and got to click pictures with the fly on the donut(yikes). The wait,unhygienic food, the bad, incompetent and lethargic customer service is appalling considering the brand. They need to realisethey have to live up to the brand's name and not just opening up a franchise for the sake of it. Never going here again. Read more
