I went to Tim Hortons this week and had a steak and egg sandwich, it was amazing. But the one thing that got my attention was... the service given to me by May! She was courteous and professional! She also was very knowledgeable. I had been coming to allTimmy's around Canada and in all the places I've been, I have never received the excellent service I received from this lady! Ihave been donating money to causes all my life, May showed me a way to make it easier. The tim card, now when I buy something, Iam able to donate money on the spot! Kid friendly had everything in stock that we needed to fill 3 kids and 2 adults and they're drive thru was amazingly quick

This Tim Hortons is in a great location. Right off the 401 and easy to access. The parking lot is large and very easy for bigger... vehicles like trucks to access. The food is always fresh and they usually have what you want. I?ve been a couple times and theywill be out of chocolate chip cookies though. No big deal. Other than that, staff is usually very friendly. A bonus is thatthis Tim Hortons is a Wendys combination store so it?s large inside with plenty of seating and space. Read more
I came here as a pit stop today july 5th, 2021 around 11:20am, all i wanted was two chicken wraps with no bacon and an iced... coffee. Guess what? I spent 11$ for an iced coffee since my wraps both ended up having bacon in them. Im not rich, i can onlyafford to buy lunch once a week right now and unfortunately due to employees lacking attention to detail, i will drink an icecoffee for lunch today. Thanks Tim hortons staff! Prepare to experience chaos in the parking lot if you decide to drop into or exit this Champlain Ave location and especially if... you choose the drive-thru. Both Wendy?s and Tim Hortons share the same building and facilities; seating and restrooms. Thereare booths and tables for customers to sit indoors along with two ornamental fireplaces, each with 2 double couches and a largescreen TV hanging on a wall. A drive-thru ordering option is also available. Only staff manned order stations are available. Self order option exists via mobile. Service was friendly and quick including order fulfillment. This location's food quality and order accuracy is always spot on. Staff is very nice and very quick at their jobs.
