Save yourself the anger, and go to the one across the street. Out of convenience I used to go here, but there?s no way I?ll be... going back. Under staffed with people who aren?t trained for a customer service job. Did a mobile order, waited over 15 minutesto be told 2 items weren?t available. I was asked to pick something else, which I didn?t want and asked for them to just give mea credit on a Tim?s card. The girl who was working on cash went to speak to whoever was on the food station. He got so angry atthe staff asking who took the order knowing the items weren?t available, and after explaining it was a mobile order he said tojust give me another item. Now at this point it?s over 10 minutes of me being in the store. They refused. I walked out of therewith nothing in lieu of the items missing from my original order. Just don?t go here. Read more
Used to be good because the morning crew. Tried to get a coffee on my way to work on a Friday night a few weeks ago. App said... open until 11PM. Ordered on mobile at 9:52PM. Arrived just after 10PM. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, no greeting. Ipulled up to the window and was greeted by some guy shouting "were closed" at me from behind the closed window. I tried to askhow do I get my money back for the mobile order, wouldn't open the window to address it (which I know he heard) and he keptshouting at me "we're closed". I tried to ask again then two additional people started shouting "we're closed" through theclosed window. Addressed through the app to get my money back. To sum up, poor customer service and wrong hours posted onGoogle and the official app. Read more

If I could I would write 0 stars. I go to this Tim hortons out of sheer convenience. But is it ever far from convenient. Always... close never have supplies for full orders. Ice machines broken all the time. I'm a try and find a Different coffee shop. Read more
I Order an iced coffee and there was something thick and brown in the iced coffee almost looked like a slug. Clearly they are... not cleaning the coffee containers as much as they should. I have a 2 star rating because they always make my order right andit's convenient to access the highway. Such a disappointment. Read more
Ordered chicken sandwich and it had long hair in it. Good thing I was eating there and handed the sandwich and hair to staff... immediately. They replaced the sandwich. The lady preparing the sandwich was not wearing hair net. She didn't wear hair net evenafter returning the sandwich. Also French vanilla glass was not given full, it was quarter empty. We had to ask staff to fill itup. Receipt was not provided for order. I paid by credit card. Table was messy no one cleaning up.Floor also dirty. Clearlycleanliness is a big issue at this branch and staff is not properly trained on food handling. It should be brought to food andsafety authority. Nice conveniently located Tim's with friendly staff and fast service. Not much seating available but being close to the gas... station it is a life saver for travelers. The store is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible restroom. Thepastries are freshly made and especially tasty at this location. This us a small location adjacent to the gas station so it isvery convenient for travellers and morning commuters. Read more
I always ask myself why I stop here in the mornings, the only thing they get right is a drink. If you order food, especially... through the drive thru, be prepared to remake the food yourself. The sandwiches are never put together and the wraps are prettywell empty. I understand they are busy spot but if you cant keep up with demand and the expectation Tim Hortons sets or saysthey set for their customers then you shouldn't sell food. Read more
