Do not go past 7:30 looking for actual food. Went around 7:50 looking to order a soup. The lady at the window told me they... stopped serving food because it?s late. I have never heard of a tims that does this. When I asked why she replied ?I don?t knowi?m just a student?. If you are old enough to work, you should be old enough to provide decent customer service. Worst services I have ever experienced in a TH restaurant. No server at the counter for 5 minutes. The manager is having an... attitude. When I started ordering, he said ?wait? and took the time to talk to a staff and than went to back room before he cameback for my order. He was every much self absorbed in his mood. I was there at Tims this morning at 10 am. They had 1 person preparing the food for drive thru and the front. Just before we got... up to the cash, we noticed the food sandwich station person that had on muslim attire, talking on her cell phone while makingfood for customers. We had to tell the person taking our order that we're not going to order. We walked out. This is the secondtime we noticed that they were careless for food handling, it's not sanitary and a health violation. Touching a non food safetyobject with food that's going out to the consumer. Don?t bother using their kiosk to place an order. I waited 25 minutes for a simple iced coffee and this was because I decided to... approach the counter to find out why my iced coffee was taking 25+ minutes. No apologies either for the long wait. Read more
