It very small and not enough chairs, and table it always slow one person on cashier and they play around not helping any one... there, always not clean, the tables, floor very bad please fix problem thank you. Read more

Went there for a plain toasted bagel, chilli and a chocolate milk at approximately 6pm.(dinner time). All they had was the... chocolate milk! I guess two out of three ain't bad! I know it's new but first impressions leave a lasting impression. Read more
I have gone into this time 4 times since it has opened, each time for chicken noodle soup at 6:30 pm. Apparently according to... the employee that clearly hates her job this is because 6:30, aka dinner time for many commuters, is too late in the day to"worry about it". I settled for a tea that was not stirred whatsoever and that had the bag removed even though I asked for bagin. That's not even mentioning the fact that it took about 5 minutes of me standing alone at the cash register before they evenlooked my way. I had to wave down the employee that took my order and she made it seem like I was seriously getting in the wayof doing her job and she gave me LOTS of attitude. I'm sorry if you're sweeping a floor, but the customer comes first. If Iever go back here again, it will only be to complain to the manager - oh yeah there was no manager available at the time to helpme, they were on break. I know this is a new store but come on, this is embarrassing for Tim Hortons. Get it together, haveyour food in stock serve your customer, without attitude. Read more

Had a very simple order, iced coffee and a donut. When ordering I paused inbetween both items so she could find it and hit the... button. She still made me repeat it 3 times. Went in before 8am, wasn't busy. Girl. AN ICED COFFEE AND DONUT. Read more
