AMAZING food but they took forever with my order. Ordered the tahini mix special and added lettuce, onions & tomatoes. It took... 25 minutes with 4 people working. Love giving them the business because they?re halal and very tasty - just think they were abit disorganized tonight. Hopefully it was just a one off though ! NEVER GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service by person on counter named Victor(he preferred this name m sure thats not whats his... real name though). He refused to serve the food when i asked him to customize. Even manager Ron was of no help and Victor wasstill rude after escalating to him. Would recommend other locations instead of this. This place is great! Love the decor and the wide range of food choices available. What's incredible about this place is the... healthy approach that it's taken for shawarma. Improvements I would make is for the shawarma meat to be higher quality. I foundthat the meat is super fatty and tends to be Lower quality cuts. The sauces hit the spot! Read more
Very flavourful and lots of options! They service is slow but the food is worth the wait
Got their chicken shawarma bowl. I have had good shawarma meat from many different places and this one didn't disappoint.... Although I found the sauces and Chicken a tad bit salty compared some others but I don't mind the taste. However what I didfind were a couple of hard bones hidden within the chicken that was unpleasant when I bit into them. I have never had thisexperience in any other shawarma place before but otherwise it was alright. Read more

I was genuinely surprised at how good this place is! I got the mixed protein bowl with rice and fries was full of flavour and... the quantity compared to other places is a lot I was able to enjoy the food for lunch and dinner. Came here on a whim. Was starving! Ordered mix bowl with rice and maya salad. The service was wonderful. The cashier was kind... and patience The location was clean The food was good. The gyro/chicken are quite flavourful!! The portions are large as theiris an abundance of sides (5 sides) They are a bit expensive but it is definitely tasty food!! The bowls are $14 each. *theplates are $18.00 each but the only difference between bowl/plate is portion size and the pita ?
