Previous Review : Thursday (July 24) Had a great experience dining at this location with my boys. The service was great and food... was good. Updates: I wish I did not have to come back and update but the service I received really did not help at all. Iwent back to this place on Sunday; July 31st with family members and it was the worst experience. The waiter did not write downany of our order. We waited over 30-40 min for appetizers. My family members were so disappointed because the waiter kept beingout the wrong order. Wrong drinks, cold burgers and yet they still try to charge for food that some of us did not eat. I was sodisappointed and embarrassed because I had spoken so highly of this restaurant. I don’t know what went wrong but I will beavoiding this location. Read more

My boyfriend and I stop by for brunch we had a great meal and portion size large. Our server was excellent she introduced... herself as Jacqueline. She gave great suggestions on the menu, she kept on checking on us to make sure we were enjoying ourmeal. We had a great experience and definitely will come back again. I am so happy I finally got the chance to try symposium cafe. I have been waiting a long time to check this place out. We ended... up going on Father’s Day and surprisingly it was not too busy. This restaurant is located in a very convenient space and has alot of seating indoors and outdoors. When we went we decided to sit on their patio. It was a very sunny day and their patio isspacious. Some tables had an umbrella while others did not. Unfortunately we were the unlucky ones that ended up sitting on atable without an umbrella. The staff were apologetic and assured us we would get an umbrella. We went for brunch and their menuconsisted of a variety of items. They had different kinds of eggs and also a special on the mimosas. I ended up getting the ryebread with avocado spread and a poached egg. Also ended up getting the breakfast for champions. I have to say that both disheswere simply amazing and delicious. The avocado toast came with a fresh bowl of mixed fruits while the breakfast of championscame with potatoes, waffles and bacon. To complement our food, we also got the mimosas and strawberry daiquiri. Both amazingdrinks that I would definitely go back for. One suggestion would be that the avocado toast and the breakfast of champions arethe same price and the avocado toast is a smaller portion. If I were to come back, I wouldn’t get the avocado toast simplybecause there are other dishes that get you more bang for your buck. Overall, I love this restaurant and will definitely comeback again. I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff for their customer service. They were very accommodating and werechecking on all the tables frequently. I recommend everyone to check this restaurant out. Beautiful interiors, everything else was bad. The server forgot to bring fries and coleslaw with our order. She later brought us... some fries (comped) but they were over fried and our food was over by then. The wings were not great as well, my partnerregretted ordering them. The flatbread had that “baked from frozen” taste all too familiar from frozen pizzas and the drinkswere brought only after we were halfway through our food, after many reminders. The margarita was not blended, it had ice in itand the only good thing was that the quantity was good (pitcher). Everything was so bad that we couldn’t believe it and it wasalmost funny.
